Surface Pro 7 WiFi says "Connected, no internet" when internet is working

My Surface Pro 7 has been disconnecting from the internet. It's still connected to my wifi network, but it says "Connected, no internet". The internet is working (connected to the same wifi) on my other devices, including my phone and my Surface Pro 3. Can anyone help?

    At this point, I think you should exchange - return and repurchase.

    I wasn't able to update the drivers. They didn't install properly and wifi settings disappeared from my computer. I was able to uninstall the wifi drivers in the Device Manager, then reboot to put things back to normal. My wi-fi is still intermittently failing.

    I tried uninstalling the drivers and rebooting and the wi-fi is still bad. I hadn't realized that it's not just cutting out completely, it's also spotty, as I discovered during a video call this afternoon. 

    All the many wi-fi devices in the house are all connected this router without issue. I hope there's no need to replace it. 

    I tried uninstalling the driver and restarting, and it's still not working. I can see that the driver installed is now 21.40.1.3. Windows Update says it's the best version, but at the link you sent there is a newer version, 21.40.2, so I'm going to try installing that next. I'll post an update when I can see whether it works. Thanks!

    OK, now I installed some updates. (I may have been mistaken about previously installing updates, it installed a lot of updates this time.)

    The computer restarted and came back to "connected, no internet". 

    I opened CMD and ran ipconfig /renew and got this: 

    No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection* 1 while it has its media disconnected.

    No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection* 2 while it has its media disconnected.

    After it hung for 2 minutes, I turned wi-fi off and on and and then I got this: 

    An error occurred while renewing interface Wi-Fi : The operation was canceled by the user.

    No operation can be performed on Bluetooth Network Connection while it has its media disconnected.

    Then I restarted the router. After taking a while to connect (about a minute) I'm on the internet again.
