Battery drain overnight while shutdown

Lately, after I shutdown (full shutdown, not sleep or hibernate) my fully charged Surface Laptop 2 at night, I turn it on in the morning and find that the battery has lost around 25% power overnight! What's going on and how can I fix this? 

The laptop is only about 6 months old and the battery seems to be in good health.

This should be available on Windows Update:

October 10 release

The following updates are available for all Surface Laptop 2 devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater:

    Ignore my last post... I've done it!

    I rolled back to the build I was on before joining Insider. I then put my Insider setting to "Release Preview" as you suggested, and I got the 1909 build and have opted out of Insider after installing it.

    I shut down, unplugged, and waited about 30 minutes before restarting, and for the first time in weeks my PC started with a full 100%! 

    I won't say that the issue is resolved until at least a few days without incident, but this is promising.

    Keep checking for available updates. The fix isnt in 18985.1. 

    You should see

    Surface - Firmware - 9/4/2019 12:00:00 AM - 241.1.139.0 

    in your pending update list.

    Make sure your insider settings is set to "Skip - Skip ahead to the next version of windows"

    I can confirm that this new firmware solved my battery issues.

    Previously I would turn my Surface off at night with 100% charge, turn it on the next morning and it would be at 75%.

    Now it stays wherever I left it...
