Hi, just recently installed the Windows 10 May update on my Surface Book 2. Now the GPU disappears randomly while in use. The only solution is to reboot the Surface Book 2, or go into the device manager and initiate a scan for the GPU to come back again. It has Nvidia Gforce GTX 1050 version 23.21.13.9140
Are there any plans for Microsoft to release an updated driver to fix this bug?

Microsoft, do you realize that this is beyond unacceptable?
People have bought this device due to its special capabilities and you have disabled them, not only that you are absolutely silent and not providing any answer?
Is this how you manage customer relationship? Seriously!
I think we should start calling for a class action suit.
For me it´s the only solution as well, and when this thing works, I love it! but I would not recommend a machine that(in my case) has severe software issues out of the box. Issues reported and proved for months!
They replaced a device that was within warranty period and wich they bricked, well isn't that what they´re suppposed to do???
that's not something they should be praised for, it's their obligation.
I hear what you're saying Mysteryyy but heck, I was very very happy that Microsoft took care of the issue and got me up and running again. And even though the device has its problems as you mention, for me it is still about the only decent solution out there despite the massive selection available from the competition. I can run CAD on this thing, use the touchscreen to fill out documents, and use it as a tablet when I'm sketching things out. I'll probably buy the SB3 when it comes out.
