I got this message 30 mins after creating the account and loading 100$ into it,

"Your access to Microsoft Advertising is currently blocked

We have detected unusual activity in your Microsoft Advertising account. As a security precaution, we have suspended your account and blocked your access.

You can no longer sign in with this user name or email address.

To resolve this issue, please contact Support."

I have never used microsoft ads before, this is insane. I feel like they robbed me of my money. I didn't even do anything.

When i contact support they say they cant even tell me what the issue is.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Thanks,
Matt

Same here. Horrible experience and that explains why Bing is in last place. Best option is to try Google or FB depending on your service/product.

    Hello,

Whenever we try and launch a campaign, our account gets suspended for Violation of Egregious Policy. I believe it is because we have made multiple Advertising accounts to try and get around the suspension. I've tried to ask about deleting this account, but they have been no help.

Is there a way we can delete past suspended accounts so that we can start fresh? Can someone help with this?

I wish I could help but I have the same problem. And the worst part is, the people who can actually give answers don't talk to customers!
