I would like to create a tracker in Teams / MS Lists that will allow me to have subtasks for each row.
I can created subtasks in excel for each row, but I would like to do this for MS lists to look like the image. Or if there is another better app to use in the MS 365 enviroment

How do you Link Microsoft To Do with Outlook Calendar
