You can just do a Google search :)

To attach a screenshot, see below:

    • Press Windows key + Shift + S together on the keyboard. The screen will dim with overlay. Drag the pointer to take a screenshot.
    • The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard. Please press Ctrl+V in the editor to paste it, then confirm to attach the image.

Alternatively, you can press the PrtScn key on the keyboard, if it exists, to directly copy the Entire screen, which you can paste using CTRL+V.

Since the laptop can see the printer and headphones but they switch from Connected to Not connected immediately, focus on Bluetooth settings, re-pairing, and the driver.

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is fully on
      • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Confirm Bluetooth is turned on.
      • Also open the taskbar quick settings and make sure Airplane mode is off.
    2. Check the device itself
      • Make sure the headphones and printer are powered on, charged, and close to the laptop.
      • Turn each Bluetooth device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
      • If possible, keep it away from USB 3.0 devices, because unshielded USB devices can interfere with Bluetooth.
    3. Change Bluetooth discovery to Advanced
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose Advanced.
    4. Remove and pair the device again
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • For the printer or headphones, select More options > Remove device > Yes.
      • Then pair the device again.
    5. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
      • Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
      • Next to Bluetooth, select Run.
    6. Update the Bluetooth driver in Device Manager
      • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
      • Select Search automatically for drivers.
      • Restart the laptop after the update.
    7. If Windows says the best driver is already installed, install the laptop maker’s driver
      • Go to the laptop manufacturer’s support site.
      • Search for the exact laptop model.
      • Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver for Windows 11.
      • Restart the laptop.
    8. Reinstall the Bluetooth adapter
      • In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart the laptop.
      • Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.
      • If it does not, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.

If this started on a brand-new laptop, the most likely fix is installing the exact Bluetooth driver from the laptop manufacturer instead of relying only on the generic Windows driver.
