The issue I believe was at Microsoft server end and I believe it is resolved (atleast for me). I no longer have this issue

I have the same issue. renewed our subscription 1/7/25, and now, told we need to resubscribe. Have no access to Word or Outlook. My son has the same problem and both of us are on the family link.
I can't even get on a chat with a live person.
Hi there, I'm having this issue too and I have been waiting for a call-back for over 36 hours now.
