    I am having the same issue. I was working fine, but suddenly, a message popped up saying that my subscription had expired. Don't know how to resolve it.

    Same problem here, happened after the last windows update on 2 shared pc's.

    Me too, same issue today. I have been sharing the Microsoft Family with my son and all of sudden it states that my licenses have expired...I have been sitting on the Microsoft chat for the last hour still waiting for customer service...
