Why is one of my member in microsoft 365 (family) showed expired, even though it is not due yet?

We are having the same issue. Says subscription cancelled (Microsoft 365 Family). It is not due for renewal until July 17th of this year. This is extremely troublesome as it impairs our ability to work. Please update as ASAP, thank you.
Had the same problem and it just got resolved without my intervention (at ~14:50 UTC). The issue lasted for more than 5 hours and all Family users with a shared license had been affected.
Is there any update? I am still facing this issue.

Estoy experimentando el mismo problema, desde la cuenta familiar soy la única que aparezco como expirada, cuando la cuenta vence en agosto recién.... Aiuuuda!!!!
