I have a Microsoft 365 Family Classic account using ******@outlook.com. This is active, is working fine, and is next due for subscription in 2026
I have previously invited family member ******@outlook.com to a subscription under the family account. This has worked fine for years, but this morning showed as subscription expired.
When I log into ******@outlook.com, the account tab shows “Your Microsoft 365 Family subscription has expired”. It then offers me opportunities to renew this – either with a Family subscription or with an individual personal subscription.
If I try to re-invite ******@outlook.com to my current family subscription, it wont allow me to, telling me that I am already invited. I cannot find a way to de-invite Member so that I can then resubscribe.
In summary, I have an invited subscriber to an active and valid Microsoft 365 which is showing as expired, and I cannot resolve this. Any ideas?

I've had one customer recently text me to say his MS Family account is working now, but he is the primary account on his subscription.

I've been having the same issue in the UK since I came back from lunch about an hour ago. I've tried everything to fix it, even uninstalled 365, but now I can't reinstall it! Beyond frustrating!
Same issue here. My Office 365 subscription is active until 2028, but all premium features are disabled and activation fails with error 0xC004F017. I’ve tried all standard solutions with no success. This is disrupting my work — I also expect compensation.
