As stated in my initial post, I had already done all that to no avail. However, after an hour of searching on-line, I finally found the fix for those that are still looking.

    1. Go into your apps.
    2. Press and hold the Office Mobile icon.
    3. Click on the small i in a circle on the upper right hand corner.
    4. Select "Permissions" and grant permission to "Files & Media".

None of this works. Have restarted, cleared cache & data, uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times. Force Stop is greyed out, not even an option. Onenote is bricked following Samsung UI 05.12.2025 update, Samsung support is useless, says to contact Microsoft. Solution please.

I followed the directions in your response to Mark. I deleted the app and reinstalled the app. The One Note App will not work.

I do not seem to have an office mobile icon in apps. I may have had this when I worked for a previous company, but since had office removed from phone (I then installed OneNote only). Is there any way to install Office Mobile so I can get these permissions set that you know of?
