Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account.

I have another email which is connected with my Miscrosoft drive at my chrome book where I keep all my files.
I forgot my password and even if I changed it when I entered it I got a message that it was not correct and my account is blocked.
I filled the form with my details with everything i remembered about my acount so I can unblock it and Im waiting for your answer. I didn´t remember any recipient though cause I dont think I have sent a message through this email. It´s important for me to open my account cause I need some files. If you need more information from me please contact me to this email.

I have changed my password twice but could not get into my account as it was saying it was blocked.

I cannot use the two stage verification as it is now saying that this service is no longer working

Hi Darryl please help I am also having the same problem with my microsoft/ Outlook account and accessing it. It keeps logging me out then asking to change password then asking to reset and then wait 24hrs etc ids very frustrating I need access asap to my emails.

I’m really struggling to send emails from my account

Can't log in, so we all locked out, I am moving away from Microsoft as its so rubbish and does not offer any support, Get an Apple! they help
