Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account.

This is my problem except that my Hotmail/outlook can’t receive or send messeges at all.

I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

Hello, my mother is having trouble accessing her outlook email. We’ve tried entering the password but it says it’s incorrect. Her recovery email is my deceased father’s email, which we don’t have access to. We’ve tried filling out the account recovery form but we get rejected every time. This is the only email that she has and she has urgent emails that she cannot access.

Have a passcode but didn't seem to have the option to use it. Went through the sign in help and keyed in my address. Comment from xbox is that you are having issues and rewuire that I call back later. What is happening? This might be left field -but is this because I cancelled my 365 plan recently as it is due to renew on 14/07? If not, can you let me know why I can't reset my password.

Hotmail/Outlook account 'something went wrong' pop up. Error 40l. Nothing has helped with online support. Very frustrated. Your software is impossible. Get my account back on line. Health issues -Ontarian and time is of an issue to get help using my hotmail acount. Very furstrating. No phone number ever listed. Horrible service.
