I didnt purchase Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions. I already have one "web version' for my daughter. I am not sure how this order was created ..possible someone has hacked my details. I plan to change my login details. I need a refund $70.34. ASAP. Also, charge was deducted in the middle of the night when i was sleeping. Please refund back to paypal. Thanks
I have already contacted my cards to froze them.
You have use my bank account details without my permission. You have charged for subscription which is cancelled already in November 2024. So that is the fraudulent violation of the UK trade law. I want to cancel this without permitted subscription and refund back my money asap please.
