Error code 30015-45 (193) and 0-2031-(17002)

I tried to instal office 2024 on my laptop. But there are two messages popping up:

"Something went wrong.

Sorry we ran in to a problem.

Error code 30015-45 (193)"

after closing the message, a second one pops up:

"Could't install

We're sorry, we had a problem installing your Microsoft 365 and Office program(s).

Is your internet connection working? Do you have enough free space on your main hard drive?

Please try installing again after you've checked the above.

Error Code: 0-2031-(17002)"

I can confirm stable internet connection and free space on hd (170GB). Is there anyone who could give me a hint, which steps to proceed and how to solve the two error codes?

Thanks and regards

    See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/troubleshoot/administration/assistant-office-uninstall.

I am experiencing difficulties uninstalling Microsoft Office, encountering error codes 30015-45 (193) and 0-2031 (17002). I have followed the steps outlined here, but the issue persists.

    Steps Taken:

    1. Ran the SaRA command-line tool:

cmd SaRAcmd.exe -S OfficeScrubScenario -AcceptEula Result: "We could not find any Office version" (Exit Code 68). 2. Updated Windows 11 to the latest version. 3. Uninstalled third-party antivirus software. 4. Repaired the Windows 11 system image.

Here is the CMD script we run to uninstall Microsoft office:

SaRAcmd.exe -S OfficeScrubScenario -AcceptEula Starting Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant Command Line (17.01.3309.000).

Running Scenario OfficeScrubScenario... 68: We could not find any Office version. Please rerun this scenario specifying the correct Office version that is installed on your machine. You can also run this scenario using the full UI version of SaRA. For additional information, please visit https://aka.ms/SaRA_CommandLineVersion Scenario finished with exit code: [68].

SaRA Command Line is closing, Please wait...

Despite these efforts, the errors persist. Could you please provide further guidance or alternative solutions to resolve this issue?

If you are trying to use the uninstall tool, use the link in the support article at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/troubleshoot/administration/assistant-office-uninstall.

This is soooo upsetting frustrating and STUPID!!

The referenced file can be found in a prior post on this thread but was of NO USE to me!

I finally fixed the problem - presumably by temporary disabling Norton - but I am not sure if that was it because I did so many different things over hours. For the amount of money Microsoft charges they should provide better products and BETTER SERVICE!
