I am not able to look at my subscriptions. I have tried the past threads on this which have no resolution. I have tried talking to Microsoft support, who told me that I was required to wait 48 hours and try again. But it has been weeks, and this is not going away. Is it possible to talk to someone at Microsoft who can fix the error? This is on their server backend.

Exact same issue. Contacted Microsoft via chat. Was told this is a known issue and they are working on a fix. Was told to clear cache, change password, yada, yada, yada. I am going on six days of no access.
The symptoms many of us are having include
"Something went wrong on our end. Give it a few minutes, then try again." and a TraceID when clicking on Services and Subscriptions
The top level account page shows "We couldn't load your subscriptions. Refresh and we'll try again."

Thankfully Windows Settings shows correct Game Pass and 365 subscriptions and OneDrive site the storage usage
Yes, under every possible circumstance of browser, OS, cookies, incognito, doesn't matter, that error displays. It gives the same error, or sometimes trace ID changes. That tells me that the error is solidly on Microsoft's server side, and someone from Microsoft's team who runs that web site needs to go fix it. How do I actually get a person who works on the database and code of this site to go fix this?

Same here. I've been unable to access my subscriptions to renew Office 365 for several weeks now. Microsoft is borked.
