TPM event logger error after cpu swap, Event id 86

I just swapped out my cpu, my previous chip had died and just received my replacement, both 5950x, Upon boot I received " New cpu installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted" and it asked me to reset, which I did, now im receiving the following error:

    I got the same issue. I always have this problem when playing Red Dead Redemption. I've been playing CSGO for hours but haven't encountered this issue. One of the games has a problem, the other does not. I don't understand why this happens.

    MB: MSI B450 Tomahawk
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600x
    GPU: AMD Radeon 6900 XT
    OS: Windows 11 Pro

    All drivers are up to date.

    I tried almost every method I could find. There is no method that works yet.

    So, today there was an cumulative update KB5007215. Sadly, this fixes a few bugs but again, it does not solve our SCEP-Error. So if anybody had some hope, i have to disappoint you.

    Something is peculiar regarding this error. The Microsoft Root Authority certificate expired on 12/31/2020. Now, that may be all fine & well if the signing of certificates was performed prior to 12/31/2020. I note new Windows 11 certificates have expiration dates well into 2036. It more or less speaks to me somewhere there is a failure in the code used to navigate to the Microsoft Root Authority to gain a valid certificate via the directed path: "amd-keyid-578c545f796951421221a4a578acdb5f682f89c8.microsoftaik.azure.net". I mean, that path has to be the CA doesn't it? IOW, it has to be the root server for any Attestation to secure the PKI RSA keys used by the TPM chipset. It "appears" it's effecting AMD since AMD is the keyid it is looking to find. Does the Microsoft CA Root Server not have the key or is the Root Server incorrectly configured for AMD? AMD not provide the code to MS to provide RSA keys for the CA Root Server? Does this effect Intel chips, as well?

    Hey Guys,

    i have the same Issues after the latest windows updates - before i had no issues for about 3 months. With the latest Windows Update, my Monitors going dark and my graphic driver seems to crash. Now i have disabled fTPM in my bios, the error is gone, tho my graphic driver is still crashing, when iam playing games.

    Would you reccomend a fresh windows install?

    Today the Insider update KB5008295 went out and fixed the issue where snipping tool and some other apps stoppen working properly. Sadly, the SCEP error still exist
