Hi, I'm not able to paste any images that I have copied onto a blank Microsoft Whiteboard. I haven't experienced this problem until today. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried closing the application, restarting my computer, repairing the app in settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc. Only appears to not work in this application as I can still paste images on other apps e.g. Word.

Not only the free accounts.
I have a Office 365 Family account (paid) and it is not working as well.
So, probably, only the business accounts are working properly.
Which highligths even more the huge incompetence of MS.
An user in another topic told, that maybe different account (or purchase plan) is the root cause, or at least a workaround.
I tried then by myself.
When i using my business office 365 account, the Copy+Paste function works.
When i logged in with my private account (no plan purchased), the Copy+Paste function doesn´t work.
Maybe this is helpful for you, as a workaround.
This gives me hope, that the function (what is really a basic thing, just copy+paste, i´m wondering, in times of AI, what we are need to talk about) is not killed totally.
Maybe it´s just a bug, or the plan, just keep the function in payed accounts.Who know´s. Microsoft is silent as always...
I can confirm this. I have an account through my school and all the functions work 100%. It's the free personal accounts that have the copy/paste and various other issues.

Totally agree. This is not a satisfactory that they simply can change the functionality of the whiteboard!
One way that I have tried to solve the problem is to copy and paste into PowerPoint then my interactive pen can write on the PowerPoint presentation! You just have to remember to erase your inked notations before saving the PowerPoint so that you can use it again for another student!
