A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out this problem. My windows 10 machines are working fine it’s only the new windows 11 pro clients. This needs to be fixed asap.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
These issues are specifically for accessing files/folders within File Explorer.
Noted today that for shared folders that were previously added (and readded today) to My Files do not allow access to the contents of the folder but instead they appear as a link to the webpage portal for access to the folder.
Initial access to the web portal version did not seem to work until after logging out and back in again (I think this is referenced in a published workaround).
Further, the same shared folder cannot be accessed via the link in Quick Access. It provides a "location is not found" error instead.
Not sure if there's a fix to this pending?

August 7th.... Issue still not resolved....
Dear Microsoft,
What the hell?
Hello,
So how did you solve it
Thanks in advance
Yes, their support is awful. I don't know what I did to be helpful, but I have it back after wasting a day figuring it out. I had a lot of my problems during their big outage, so maybe that played a role?!?!
Microsoft/OneDrive has lost our support and confidence. We have had to move to DropBox in order for me to have access to a shared database of passwords. Such a shame that this issue (that is obviously their fault) couldn't be fixed in a timely manner.
