Does anyone have the Release Notes for Version 2408, Build 17928.20066?

I updated my MS 365 to that build via a command prompt, based upon a post here, and that appears in About Outlook.

However, the latest release I can find is Version 2407 from August 13th,

The other day, I enabled the "Turn on all connected experiences" option, manually updated to version 2407 build 17830.21066 from the command line, then rebooted the computer. After that, I disabled the "Turn on all connected experiences" option again and was able to check for updates without getting any error messages. (just the normal "You're up to date" message). Today, I clicked Update Now and it started updating automatically (even when the "Turn on all connected experiences" option was not enabled). After Outlook restarted, it is version 2408 build 17928.20066. Now when I click Update Now, I get error code 30088-27 again.

For those that the officec2rclient.exe update approach has work, congratulations. It has work for us in more and more PCs having still some that are still failing

    .

As I have shared already, Microsoft position is run the officec2rclient.exe and sit & wait until the backend get familiar with the issue. I know this does not work for all .....

This is just ONE of the many issues we have opened with MS on behalf of many customers. Hope is not the case for you.

At this time, I will sign-off. I 2nd-replied to this post on July 31st and learned quite a bit from you all, but it is distracting me now.

    Good luck to all

    Finally, it's working!

I activated "All connected experiences" and "Experiences that download online content" within Microsoft 365. I'm using O&O ShutUp10++ and disabled following options within the tool (it's a similar tool like DoNotSpy11):

After rebooting the system, I tried out if the error message was still there. It was and I restartet the system again. After that, the error message has been gone.

Yep, this is strange all right. I can't see any significant difference in our setups except for language and subscription v standalone.
