Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

Yes, I am the same! As a Headteacher I use it for my Newsletters and June will be going out in July!! So frustrating!
I am the creator of a sway site. I was unable to open sway on my mobile as a viewer until I signed into my ms account on sway on my mobile. When I then signed out, I could suddenly open sway as a viewer again.
Some of my group of viewers are able to access my sway site but the majority can't. None of them can log in as an editor so they haven't done the same "fix".
I don't know what's going on but hope this info may help.

same, same... I'm convinced Microsoft not renewing the security certificate has something to do with it. When are they going to wake up?!
