Sway is not uploading or downloading anything today. Also I'm being blocked from support contact for some reason this afternoon whereas this morning I was able to contact an advisor. I use Sway a lot on my community homepage so this is very inconvenient, as is not knowing where the problem is. Hello Mucrosoft? Anybody there?

My guess is the issue was certainly related. Would be nice for Microsoft to post what was actually fixed after leaving paying customers without a service for 3 days.

I have two newsletters that go out at the first of the month. Many employees have emailed me saying they cannot access. However, only one version is presenting issues with the error message 504.
