How do I get Copilot off my Android phone? I didn't want Copilot taking over my phone screen and DEMANDING that I login to Microsoft Copilot AI to continue using my phone. I use Excel on my phone, Microsoft 365 installed itself without permission like a virus and now I have to fight for control of my phone every time someone sends me a spreadsheet. Copilot doesn't exist as an app that can be disabled. It has no control panels or switches. It's a malicious unwanted program. By definition a malware.

    Copilot is a part of Microsoft apps on your phone. If, like me, you only have Edge and Outlook on your phone then go into each app's settings and turn off Copilot. Do that to every Microsoft app you have on your phone, tablet or laptop. Copilot won't bother you again.

    Now, I don't know if it will be reenabled when your device or apps get an update, so prepared to maybe have to do this all over again!

    Maybe this helps (please ignore when done already...)

    Changing from Microsoft 365 Family to Microsoft 365 Family Classic

    Go to Microsoft Account, in "Subscriptions", select ""Manage"

    Next screen "Switch Plan"

    Select "Current Plan"

    Next screen "Cancel Microsoft 365 Family" click on "Switch plan" at Microsoft 365 Family Classic

    Confirm your new subscription - click [Buy]

    Verifying mastercard and Confirm with your mobile

    Message:

    "You are playing 0.00 Eur using the card ending with NNNN" [Continue]

    Pop-up "Changing your Microsoft 365 Family plan"

    Next window:

    You switched to Microsoft 365 Family Classic

    Message:

    "

    Starting on [date], we’ll charge you € [amount] including estimated

    VAT every year You can continue to enjoy your Microsoft 365 Family

    benefits until then.
    "

    You will also receive an email confirmation.

    The link you provided will only let you sign in with a work account. Can you show us where to login to disable co pilot if you have a personal account on your Samsung?

    eMclient is a good interface that sits over the top of Outlook so you don't lose your ms email address.

    It feels like the old outlook.

    Parth,

    Followed the steps and deleted my history.

    Deleted "Office-365 With CoPilot". It was replaced with a non-Copilot version

    Reboot, etc.

    MS/Outlook....

    I disable it, it comes back on the next activation of the app. I switched back to "Classic" but CoPilot continues to pop up for any Email related to my Outlook account. Using Mozilla Thunderbird now as my Email handler.

    I use OneNote, but there is no "Off Switch" for the Win11 version, using Win10 version.

    CoPilot is no longer available on my Android phone.

    I am to a point that I'm about to give up this quest.
