My Microsoft 365 was purchased on 01/19/2023 on the day I purchased a computer from Office Depot. and was canceled on 01/27/2023 the day I returned the computer to Office Depot. The $109.24 charges in 2023 was credited back to me through Bank of America. No other charges should occur; however, Microsoft charged my bank the same amount ($109.24) again this year. The new charges should be returned to me, and the account should be wiped out from the system. Thanks
Jack Malek
My Microsoft 365 was cancelled last year, and I received the charges back through Bank of America. Your bill on 02/20/2024 to Bank of America (Microsoft*Microsoft 365 Fmsbill.info WA) in the amount of $109.24 should be canceled. Thank you,
