On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

It took me 4 months with my credit card. Had all the paper work to prove I paid. MC bailed on me once, but after several more calls. And sending them all my records on what I paid. And what I was also charged for again. They finally settled in my favor.

It is a Hassle but I wasn't giving in. Tired of all the hassle with this **** anymore! Good luck.

I was billed TWICE (4/2/24 & 4/7/24) for the purchase on Microsoft 365 Personal. After I told my credit card of the duplicate charge requesting one of them be canceled, I received an email from Microsoft that my Microsoft 365 would be terminated on May 10th????

I tried a customer support chat session on 4/27/24 to request a refund for one of the purchases. The Chat Agent tried to tell me that he needed to cancel BOTH purchases!!!! Why?!?!?

I am only asking that my account be credited for ONE of the duplicate charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I need my email!!!!!!!!
