How to fix Scheduling poll Issue?

Recently started using scheduling poll after Find Time was removed from Outlook. As someone who sends the poll, the process is a little lengthy and annoying, but otherwise--seems to provide me with the same things Find Time (i.e. notifications when people vote and quick scheduling option). My issue has to do with the users of the poll who are unable to vote as needed.

I was informed recently by a user who voted on a poll that when they clicked the link to vote, they were brought randomly to an outlook inbox and the poll was nowhere to be found. I had them do this in front of me and it did seem to just pull up an inbox in OWA, but no poll was found. This individual is using a mac; however, that is all the information I have regarding their device.

I cannot begin to trouble shoot this because I can't understand what is re-routing them to an inbox.

    If it was deployed over the weekend, then no, it didn't work because a colleague messaged me on Monday (September 30th) to say she couldn't access the poll. :/

    Actually switched to Mail.app to Outlook last week mostly for the convenience of the Scheduling Poll feature.

    For the last couple of days I am experiencing the same issue on my MacBook, both when Voting for others polls or checking my own polls.

    The link seem to be working when opened from mobile. My colleagues (outside my organization) are having the same issue on PC or Android.

    I really wish to be fixed soon.

    Just ran into this today.

    At least two users get taken to the outlook inbox, when they click vote. Even when I send them a link directly to the find time dashboard.

    They tried from Outlook Office 365 and from their Outlook clients.

    I'm asking them to try from their cell phones.
