phone number to speak to a real person

I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

    each time i try to log on to my desktop I'm told my password is wrong, my only option is to change my password. I am sent a code and change my password successfully, but then next time I log on the same thing happens, i had to change my pw for 5 consecutive days in a row, what can I do? have I been hacked?

    I was in my account and tried to change my email address. I have been unable to get in my account since. they send a code to my old email address which I can not receive since I no longer have access to that email. when I put my old email in it won't let me get in my account either.
