Once you click the support link, Type or describe the issue in the search bar Click on the "Get Help" button Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories" Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again

Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live

I need help with my recovery account

I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

I forgot my password I need a rest

I upgraded to Microsoft 365 yesterday. The $$ was charged to Discover and I received a text confirming the charge. I received confirmation that 365 was installed. I am trying to access Word today, as I need to create a document. I have logged in, used my correct password and I keep getting ads asking me to purchase Microsoft 365 again.

I think my account may have been compromised, I have had several emails with Outlook on them, However, I think they might be bogus.

I would sincerely like to speak with someone>
