I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

I am frustrated that Microsoft imposes changes that cause inconvenience, e.g. now there is 'quick access' to Teams sites on the 'save a copy' menu, requiring extensive scrolling to get to 'browse' and the destination folders I need. I don't have control of how many of these Teams sites I am a member of in my organization, so it is a long list. I want to get help removing it but I cannot surmount the wall created by their licensing model: an administrator of my organization has to do so on my behalf. This is NOT user friendly.

THis is the worst update I have found in any application. My outlook email account does not receive any emails at all now other than my business contract email which has taken over my personal acct. I attempted to contact a human to resolve the issue and all I receive is either number not being in existence, or a robot, after being given a website to contact. It also keeps sending me to page which offers packages to buy the product. I have been through settings, changed rules etc to attempt to resolve this, but it is taking way too much of my time, and seriously impacting me. I can't believe such a huge global company cant have people on the ground to support me, or others, with this issue. Such poor form.

I am surprised you even got Microsoft to send you an e-mail. Hopefully any payment that was taken was done on your credit card and if so, all you need to do is to contact your bank and dispute all the payments. The bank will refund all the payments and put a stop on any new ones.

I once got a letter from a "Simon" in Microsoft acknowledging my complaint and assuring me he would do what he could to resolve the issue. He followed that by giving me me an exact copy of the Microsoft website showing how to contact and complain which was the whole reason for me taking to pen and paper because the on-line procedure does not work! He even gave me his phone number and guess what? That is answered by a robot who tells you to do everything on-line.

I feel sure your e-mail saying a refund is on the way was created and sent by another robot.
