How can I contact the Complaints Department?

I challenged three charges which amounted to over £290 and was given and email to say the refund was on its way and it's never been deposited into my account. I have called the helpline SEVERAL times and have been fobbed off. Where can I lodge a formal complaint?

    I suspect that posting anything on this platform is similarly just a waste of time as you have alredy encountered. It does not require a genius IQ nor take very long to realize that Microsft heirachy doesn't give a flying f*** and couldn't care less about customer service. Please someone prove otherwise within the next 5 years and I will cheerfully retract this statement.

    I have experienced similar issue with the rather awful Office 365 platform and equally infuriating Outlook email. Microsoft dvelopers should clear up defintions of "product" and User Friendly" until they can chant it in their sleep. Their product is inferior to other platforms. Unfortunately many of us are stuck with it when corporation/organizations have been conned into using Microsoft.

    I am so desperate now but i find no other way ,

    The window 11 late keep pressure me to set password which i did, and i set the daily sign in pin but today suddenly it went expire but i just set it like few days ago, and now i want to set a new pin or new password, IT WON'T LET ME, I restart my laptop so many times and set new pin also so many times, i need this help, pls ASAP
