Temporarily change your screen resolution to a small font. You should be able to see after you change the resolution.

I'm on a Windows 11 PC
Every time I start outlook, word, excel, etc the below dialogs appear. Once I have clicked through all the options the toolbar has this notification under it;
For a start "Restart Office" is not very clear, because there is no office app. So I assume it means close and restart all running office applications. Which I did but the dialogs continue to appear each time I start one of the apps.
I have since tried;
Does anyone know how to fix this so it no longer appears at the start of office 365 apps

I'm having the same problem, and my screen is 15". Where is the "Accept" you're talking about?
Many thanks for updating the case - it looks like I had exactly the same issue. Bizarrely, Microsoft had resurrected an account that I'd deleted (with Microsoft's direct support!) months ago.
I have several MS accounts for personal and multiple work organisations - Microsoft have an awful account aggregation system (i.e. it just doesn't work!)
Thanks again for the pointer - hopefully those stupid message boxes are gone forever.
You can change your screen resolution if the problem is not seeing the accept portion of the screen. You need to sign into each account to process the agreement - that was my problem - you cannot be signed into more than one account unless you use a third party application. First try changing your screen resolution - System > Display > Scale & Layout > Display resolution. If you still cannot see the prompt, try using CTRL and scroll button on your mouse to shrink the screen. If that doesn't work make sure you manually sign out of each account, sign in to each account one by one, accept the privacy, sign out, and repeat for each account. If this doesn't help maybe someone else has different solution.

I have the same problem and I can't see any accept button and the box is not too big for my screen. I am not signed in to more than one account. It's driving me mad and interrupting my work. Several times each day. How can I resolve it please?
