Deleted my tcs codevita account in authenticator accidentally and there is no backup enabled.I need the authenticator account to login to my exam.What should i do to get my account back?

firstly i have created an nextstep account using my personal mail i'd and got DT id. then my clg placement team suggested to register for codevita using clg i'd. long back i have done that and completed all information except DT id. i lost my one-time password autentication for my clg mail i'd. now trying to register from my personal id. but as my phone number is already given in that clg account, i couldn't give that. Finally i tried giving my fathers number. that got accepted but, the other information isn't saving (some unexpected error has occurred and cant save the changes.)

Sharing mail id is not allowed here. Even if I do, they will remove it. Just go to codevita website -> go to contact ....there u will get the email id.

Not exactly the same mail ,but yes they will take time to resolve this issue by generating the QR code

Yup. Got another email around 12 days later asking me to log in to get the QR once again. Don't worry You will get your account back.
