Hi,
I cannot access my Microsoft 365 account anymore.
I think my account has been hacked because when I try recovering the password, the email displayed is apparently from a Czech Republic domain (.cz). However, I have never had any .cz email.
I would like to please help me recover my Microsoft account access, so that I can get back to using it.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
Umberto

jino.ru rejected your message to the following email addresses:
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
The address you sent your message to wasn't found at the destination domain. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:
- Send the message again, but before you do, delete and retype the address. If your email program automatically suggests an address to use, don't select it.
- Clear the recipient AutoComplete cache in your email program by following the steps in this article: Status code 5.1.1. Then resend the message, but before you do, be sure to delete and retype the address.
- Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) to confirm you're using the right address. Ask them if they've set up an email forwarding rule that could be forwarding your message to an incorrect address.
jino.ru gave this error: <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
Your account is an @outlook.com account?
Check your Sent folder. If there is nothing in that folder that you didn't send, a spammer is putting your address in the From/Sender field of mail they send. When one of those is undeliverable, you get the bounce message.
Your account wasn't hacked and there is nothing you can do about this. The spammer will stop using your address at some point and the bounce messages will stop.

Hah i'm currently on with support now ;) turns out i have like 300 instances of MS Edge installed and have been using MS 365 without activating it, and always said using 0 of 5 devices, but I had full span, then it said it wasn't verified by Microsoft... go figure. I also found like 8 licenses that are super out of date and others that aren't verified and are flagged but just sitting in our computers. go figure!
Thank you Don I appreciate you writing back because I have worked in technology and so has my entire family for almost any type of advanced technology company you can think of, and I've had to learn how to redo everything myself and regarding your question about the account doesn't exist I have also yet to get into a main account, that I started with my router security, and it sure does exist because I made it and then I made an alias and now it's just gone? So I have the same questions you do.
Also I just changed over and made everything passwordless with Microsoft authenticator and turned off and uninstalled remote desktop and for the past few days it seems to be working, and I do not use phone link, because that is super unsecure, for everyone out there, as my uncle would say who worked for the government, "always use cords never do anything wirelessly"
Sounds like your security is now adequate. I hope the hacking is over/done with.
