My computer is continusly asking me to sign into my microsoft 365 account through outlook or in settings. I put my password in, then 30 minutes later it asks for it again. Today I got the error message 29 stating it could not update my license. I checked to make sure it was active and my billing was updated and all was good. Please advise.

    The following works for me:

    1. Logoff from OneNote completely.
    2. Uninstall M365 and OneNote. (I didn't uninstall OneNote for Windows 10 (abbr 1N4W10) though as I was afraid I might lose total access to my notebooks if 1N4W10 also screws up.)
    3. Execute the steps as in Method: Use scripts to automate the cleanup process.
    4. Reinstall M365.

That's it. Much thanks to the original poster and subsequent posters for this thread for sharing their experiences.

Same error code 29 after purchasing copilot pro.

Unsubscribed copilot on the same day.

    Re-installed Win11 & O365, same error code 29.

Will you please help me. This message pops up everytime I login. I just purchased a new license a few weeks ago. I uninstall and reinstall Office 365, but this error will not stop popping up. Please help!

I have the same issue now. Wondering if it is due to some update that was made. Have you received a reply or found a solution?

    Thanks.
