Microsoft whiteboard Unable to change font size on text box objects (using templates)

Hi I am unable to change text size while using templates - it’s tiny!! I have option to nbold or underline but there is no place on bottom or floating toolbars that offers this - can anyone advise.

    Unfortunately I don't think there's any resolution/viable answers to our queries. I couldn't increase the size of the text.

    I'd say everyone has gone off to use another product. I won't be using this again; it's not worth the effort working around the lack of functionality.

    If you have Zoom already (some companies do), that has a whiteboard function. I've not tried it but been recommended this.

    This does not address the issue. When using templates, the size of the text box is predetermined. When typing text inside the box the text is tiny. How do we increase the size of the text?

    Hello,

    I, too, have the same problem, and resizing does NOT change the size of the text. Zooming in that far to read the text is not an appropriate solution when the problem can be fixed by adding a text edit toolbar.

    I think that the question is how to change font size in a shape (i.e. a box), not in a text box per se.

    Same problem for me as well. First time using this. Unsure why MS seems to restrict functionality in it's ancillary apps when you would expect the same maturity and user experience as Word for example.
