Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

Mac version : Ventura 13.5.2

To List version : 2.102

Unable to use todo list on Mac. Have tried installing and re-installing multiple times, didn't help. Cannot do any action,

Type in a task and hit enter nothing happens
Goto setting and account, nothing happens

Hello Rahul Gupta9, I had already tried what you suggest as someone else suggested earlier in this thread.

Any other suggestions are most welcome.

I tried your solution a couple of times and also tried solutions proposed by others but I am still facing this issue on my MacBook pro version 11.6.8

I did this.

Uninstall the To Do Mac app

Open Finder and press CMD+Shift+G- Enter “~/Library/Group Containers” and delete “UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.to-do-mac” folder- Press CMD+Shift+G- Enter “~/Library/Containers” and delete “Microsoft To Do” folder (might not be there and you can skip this.- Restart your device, download the app from the App Store and check.

Worked for me earlier today.

Great question. I continue to have similar problem only with the app on macbook. Works fine on iphone app and web browser.
