Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

Mac version : Ventura 13.5.2

To List version : 2.102

Unable to use todo list on Mac. Have tried installing and re-installing multiple times, didn't help. Cannot do any action,

  1. Type in a task and hit enter nothing happens
  2. Goto setting and account, nothing happens
Microsoft 365 and Office | Microsoft To Do | Other

    Thank you so much for sharing your solution! This issue has been driving me crazy for the longest time. So glad I can use To Do again.

    Thanks for getting back.

    To further assist you, I would suggest that you try these troubleshooting steps.

    1. Check if there are any updates available for Microsoft To Do and install them.
    2. Clear the cache and cookies of your web browser and try accessing Microsoft To Do again.
    3. Uninstall Microsoft To Do and reinstall it from the Mac App Store.
    4. Try using Microsoft To Do on a different web browser or device to see if the issue persists.

    If none of these steps work, please let me know and we can explore other options.

    I do have a MS 365 subscription. To do app is on a personal account.
