Unable to use Microsoft To Do list on my Mac.

Mac version : Ventura 13.5.2

To List version : 2.102

Unable to use todo list on Mac. Have tried installing and re-installing multiple times, didn't help. Cannot do any action,

  1. Type in a task and hit enter nothing happens
  2. Goto setting and account, nothing happens

    I have the same problem, have attempted uninstall and reinstall. Deleted directories at the advice of others on this platform, reinstalled and the problem persists. It works fine on my iPhone, but not on the Mac.

    Thanks for getting back.

    I understand that the problem is still not resolved.

    To further isolate, may I know if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription?

    And may I know what account you are using on Microsoft To do app? Is it a personal acount or a work account?
