Thank you for that. I went on ftc.gov and wrote them of my experience. I expect to hear nothing back from them, however I feel it's important for them to hear user's stories.
I have a ton of emails and documented phone calls from "Ken", part of the Microsoft escalation team to validate my problems.
After somehow crawling out of their invasion, two weeks ago I was locked out of my computer. One hundred percent locked out. I called "Ken". He failed to get me back in like he failed the first time.
If anyone asks me how I managed to to break through either without losing any of my files, I wouldn't know what to say except, be dogged no matter how many times they blockade you. No matter how many times they tell you you've asked too many times and you're cut off for 24 hours. Wait 48 hours when you know what they expect from you.
Most importantly, write every direction down in list form. Have everything on a document so you can copy/paste at the speed of light.
I need to win a lottery so I can buy a MAC. Neither are perfect but Apple does not break into your home and install Operating Systems, put your life online, and try to extract money for a subscription you didn't ask for or want. I had to change my bank card only because of Microsoft.
