Hi, before I could not find the information I needed to cancel my subscription, now that I just found it I would like a refund. Thank you.
I would like to cancel my subscription and get refund for the last 2 years. I didn't approve this subscription but I got charged twice on 11.28.2023 ($99.99) and 11/28/2022 ($99.99). I work at Loma Linda University Shared Services for 38 years and my company offered me this software for company and for home use. Please refund the charges but allow me to continue to use it under my company offer. I don't know what I need to do to make it right. Please advise.
