The sad this here is a lot of people as posting the issue, no assistance from Microsoft which we are all paying money to, and people are not posting any information -- very very sad.
I found, strictly by accident logging into the Admin part of Exchange Online ( or Office 365 ) that there was a message stating my DNS records were not right...looked at what MS was saying by looking at the DNS records and added the information to my DNS server -- and lo and behold the errors MS was saying were there went away... I've not tested a "reply all" yet to see if GMAIL issue is resolved...
