HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO MICROSOFT 365

I didn't order this 365 and Im requested a refund. I also don't want premium microfsoft just need email

The most important thing that you need to ensure is that recurring billing is turned off fr the subscription to ensure that you do not get billed again when the subscription expires as described in the following article which some people habe reported not always being done automatically by simply cancelling a subscription

To cancel your subscription to Microsoft 365, follow this link, https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing which brings you to the Manage Subscription page. Login with your credentials and select Cancel Subscription.

I have 2 of the same subscriptions. I bought two in error as was having trouble connecting the day I bought it. I want to keep one but not the other. Also, can I get a refund for the extra one.
