Hi. Thank you for your question and reaching out. My name is John and I’d be more than happy to help you with your query.

You can challenge any unauthorized charges on your Microsoft account by taking the following actions:

    1. Register a Microsoft account.
    2. Visit the page for Order History.
    3. Locate and choose the charge you want to contest.
    4. Choose Ask for a refund.
    5. Complete the form and include a justification for your request before sending it.

Within 72 hours, Microsoft will respond to your request, evaluate the problem, and take relevant action.

By visiting the Microsoft support website here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ You may also get in touch with the Microsoft billing support staff. They will assist you in finding a solution and walk you through the procedure of contesting the charges.

Please be aware that Microsoft can require documentation of unauthorized charges, such as a bank statement.

Please don't hesitate to post back for further questions. Best regards, John

Maybe you might have an answer for me?...

...When I go to MY Microsoft Account & then go to MY Order History, & then locate & Choose MY charge that I want to contest, there is NO 'Ask For A Refund' option visible anywhere on that Order. It does show that the Order was 'Completed' but I never received the 'Season Pass' that I was charged for. I would like to "Ask For A Refund" but that option does not exist on MY Order. What do I do from here to get this incident resolved?
