Insert online pictures is not working. Does anyone have any ideas to fix my issues? (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

I have tried all online fixes but nothing is working; inetcpl.cpl, uninstalling & reinstalling, advanced options internet explorer & updating microsoft office. It just started giving me this error a couple of days ago.

    I tried everything I could read on this topic, but the only thing that worked for me was trying to insert a local image (from my PC).

    Then I was able to choose "insert a web image" only. Incomprehensible, but it works now. Microsoft.

    Create another user account under a different name on the computer. You can do this in Settings —> Accounts

    I have the same setup. This worked for me, also, after I had to re-activate Office 2016 with my original activation key. Thanks!!

    I have the exact same issue, but I am not given the option to re-activate Office 2016. It is automatically using my usual Microsoft account, after following JimReynolds_143 suggestion. Could there be problems with the account therefore?

    This is really annoying. It used to work fine.

    I did that, now I found out it only works on PC Desktops, NOT Laptops

    Is that the issue? Can you look into that?
