Dear Microsoft Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently learned about the new AI "copilot" feature in Outlook and I'm interested in enabling it on my account. However, I'm having trouble finding specific instructions on how to do so.

Could you please provide me with more information on how to enable the copilot feature in Outlook 365?

    It seems currently the copilot can be activated for the new preview Loop App https://loop.microsoft.com/

    II'm trying to find where to activate Copilot but can't find that information, either on the web or Youtube. Do you know where to activate the service?

    I have this same problem. I log into my MS365 account. I open word. My word looks nothing like the pretty pictures they show and there is no copilot button. How do I access this reportedly amazing new feature??

    Microsoft announced this Over a Month Ago ... They NEED to roll this Out ASAP! I bought Microsoft 365 based on a promotional video they did for Copilot ... That did NOT mention it was NOT available ... Only to find out AFTER my purchase that it was NOT Available :( Bad Business! :(
