Dear Microsoft Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently learned about the new AI "copilot" feature in Outlook and I'm interested in enabling it on my account. However, I'm having trouble finding specific instructions on how to do so.

Could you please provide me with more information on how to enable the copilot feature in Outlook 365?

    To activate Microsoft 365 Copilot, you need to be part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot Early Access Program, which is an invitation-only, paid preview that will roll out to an initial wave of 600 customers worldwide^1^^2^You also need to have Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 subscription and enable the Semantic Index for Copilot, which is a map of your user and company data that helps Copilot understand your intent^2^You can also use a new experience called Business Chat, which works across all your data and apps to do things you’ve never been able to do before^1^

    Based on everything I was seeing, copilot was already here. I just purchased Microsoft 365 to find, after many hours of research, that it is not a product and has no timeline to become one. This is a huge scam. Microsoft should make it very clear to its customers and potential customers that Copilot is not an option instead of trying to trick everyone. I will cancel my 365 subscription.

    Hey everyone, looks like this can be done with registry keys. I am in the process of getting our IT department to enable it for our department, so I have not tested this, but I hope this works for y'all.

    The Outlook one doesn't say much about Copilot, but I'm hoping it's part of the new UI, or will be with a coming update.

    Realmente me siento estafado, puesto que al igual que el compañero compre la membresía para que Copilot me ayude en tareas tediosas en la elaboración de proyectos y me encuentro con la sorpresa de que no esta activado el servicio que están actualmente promocionado hace tiempo. Esto es una falta de respeto a los clientes. Una pena y una pérdida de tiempo. GRACIAS MICROSOFT.
