I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

Dear Microsoft Team, please fix your problem, i use exactly same card only update exp year, but error message still came out "Check that the details in all fields are correct or try a different card."
I already made my payment on April 27, 2025 with my new credit card. I recieved an email from microsoft stating that the paymet was completed. i called my bank and they also have evidence of the payment.
Please review an update your system because it keeps sending me emails saying that I still have to change my billing imformation. Also i received an email saying that my microsoft will be cancelled today June 9, 2025.
Yes, No matter what card I use and how many times I try to enter a new payment method it keeps saying it is incorrect. I have entered all correct information and I have checked with the banks and it is not with their system. There is something wrong with your system for this to be happening. You can't allow me to speak with an actual person to help. This is not good customer service. Apparently you don't want new subscriptions or the money.
On the Account Page scroll down to Payment Options and click on it. This will show your payment credit card or cards, whether Visa, Amex, Discover, etc. Click on the card you wish to remove. Choose remove card or edit card.
Why won't you let me update my subscription? I'm trying to change my credit card number as the old one expired and the line for that is not active. I can update my address no problem but that doesn't need to be changed. Why does Microsoft make everything so difficult?
