issues with refreshing "Data Types" in Excel 365, says "We need to fix your account", Sign in and out.

Hi,
since a few days I have issues with Excel 365. Above the grid it mentions "COULDN'T REFRESH DATA TYPES We need to fix your account. Select Microsoft Excel from the top menu > Sign Out. Then Sign back in with an account associated with a subscription." I have followed the instructions by signing out and then in again however it didn't resolve the issue and it repeats. I have been using Office 365 for many years and just recently the problem started. Now I can't refresh the data. I have checked my subscription and there seems nothing wrong with it and is all updated. Kindly assist me with this issue.

Tried the logoff / login steps - did not resolve.

2022-12-08T16:20:41+00:00 I am having the same problem as of Dec. 8, 2022, AND Feedback isn't working either: "Sorry, something went wrong." And yes, I'm signed in to my MS account, and my internet connection is working as well.

2022-12-03T00:31:02+00:00 Interesting. Also leads to a workaround for anyone who MUST have the current release. Install Excel, launch, and don't close the app. Without realizing it, that's why I didn't experience the problem after the automatic update around 11/15 - I just hadn't closed Excel in a couple weeks!

2022-12-02T23:42:44+00:00 You can repeat this over and over again using a Guest account on the Mac. Because the Mac clears the guest account when you log off the computer, its like starting from a blank page.
To demonstrate, having logged in to a Guest Account (or any new user account for that matter) you can install Excel and log in and Excel along with the Linked Data tyes will work properly. But, the first time you quit Excel then the next time you open it, Excel seems to reapply some privacy settings and the Linked Data functionality is lost.
After that its easy enough to log out the guest account and let the profile get cleared then log in again. Not so easy to keep creating new user profiles.
