Can I turn off the OneDrive "For You" section thats just started to appear

Hi there, just recently my OneDrive now has a "For you" section to "access my memories" and is showing some random pictures.

Is there a way to disable/turn off this feature ?

    Just came across this link that pops up an email support window in OneDrive:

    This will create a support ticket with MS. Be sure to register your dismay about this using this link. Let's see if it gets us anywhere.

    Please provide an option to turn off the "storage of the day" on the web page. It is annoying.

    In the onedrive client, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Click the onedrive icon in the system tray to open its settings.
    2. Click the Help and Settings icon in the onedrive popup.
    3. Click on the "Settings" entry.
    4. Uncheck (disable) the "Storage of the day" option on the "Settings" tab. Enabled (checked) by default.

    1. Click OK to apply the changes.

    Since this is a function developed by OneDrive itself, it cannot be canceled on the web page at present. We suggest that you can submit a report on file feedback and share your concerns about this issue. Your feedback will be heard by the Office team and we will consider improvement.

    I found a work-around to hide the "For You" section. I have the AdBlock extension installed for Chrome and I used its "Hide Something On This Page" feature to hide the block that holds the "For You" section. Now I have more screen real estate than before.
