How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft?

I have a charge on my Mastercard bill and want to get the receipt sent to me.

    Yes. I have checked all of my email and order history on Microsoft, or anything else. The charges are not mine.

    I watched the video and did what they said to do. I do not like my card being at the disposal of Microsoft in the first place!

    I was charged a sum of $2.15 twice! This is not a large sum, but I want to know what I did to be charged this amount.

    There is a charge of 106.99 to my Paypal account. I did not make or approve this charge, please check this and cancel whatever it is.

    I have had the same thing happen on the 7th of Feb. I am in australia and someone logged onto my microsoft account and purchased 2 xbox gift cards. I am trying to find out who to talk to about this and how it has occurred so I can stop it happening again.
